Assembly/erection
We offer setting up overhead power lines, including transport, preassembling and erection, lattice tower as well as portal towers and tubular poles using following techniques:
- mobile cranes
- hard accessible area using Rigging System
- hard accessible area using Derrick System
Stringing
Stringing overhead high-voltage lines as well as OPGW, specially : stringing, sagging and installation of line equipment, using: hoist, tensioners, working platforms, line car. In extreme terrain conditions company is ready to do stringing works using helicopter to tension pilot rope.
Disassemble
Disassembling overhead power lines, including lowering and wrapping cables, laying down towers, cutting and relocating from site with environmental care.
Modernization
Modernization on existing overhead high – voltage power lines:
- strengthening support constructions by replacing angle bars or putting additional on cross-arm and picket
- replacing insulation on suspension and tension towers
- replacing lines, including ground conductors – shield wires, optical ground wires
- highering towers
- inserting new towers into existing line with full conductors instalment
Mid-voltage lines
Mid-voltage, up to 60kV works, especially setting up the lines using wood or concrete poles, stringing, modernisation (replacing insulators, cables and pieces of construction) Disassembling overhead power lines, including lowering and wrapping cables, laying down towers, cutting and relocating from site with environmental care.
